*Website Maintenance is intended to cover small, non-structural changes to the website such as, text updates, picture swapping, and updating specials. These changes do not require a website developer to complete. Any change request that requires a website developer to complete will be billed at $125/hour. We’ll always confirm with you BEFORE we make the changes if you want to move forward with the billing or not. Website Maintenance does not roll over or accrue each month.
**Phone support is not included with any package or product. A review call is a scheduled call. Additional phone support may be purchased at $125/hour. You may call and leave voicemails instead of emailing but a call back is not guaranteed. We typically review your voicemail and email you back if necessary.
